FREE BREAKFAST AND LUNCH
You do not need to apply for your child to receive meals. However, we do ask families to complete the Family Income Inquiry Form which helps schools receive money for their programs. Your school will send a copy of this form home with your child, or you can get it from your school’s main office.
GILDER LEHRMAN FLAGSHIP HIGH SCHOOL
The Academy was the first American history high school in the country created in 1996 with the cooperation and partnership of the Queens High Schools Superintendency and the Gilder Lehrman Institute of American History. We are recognized as the flagship high school of the Gilder Lehrman Institute of American history and the institute has taken the model of the Academy and duplicated it all across the country.
