Welcome to Academy of American Studies Online!  Our web site is designed to help all members of our school community communicate in an efficient manner.  Parents and current students, please search using the drop menus above for current information and distributed handouts.  Prospective students can check out our admissions menu for information and tour schedules.

    PROGRAM CARD & METROCARD PICK UP

    9am- 9th Graders

    10am- 10th Graders

    11am- 11th Graders

    11:45am- 12th Graders

    Students will receive their Program Card, Parent- Student Handbook, Fall Trip Permission Slips and numerous forms that must be filled out and returned the first week of school.

     In addition, students will be able to receive their Student Metrocards.

     On Tuesday, September 4th,

    9th graders should report to the Academy between 9am and 9:45am only.

    10th graders should report to the Academy between 10am and 10:45am only.

    11th graders should report to the Academy between 11:00am and 11:45am only.

    12th graders should report to the Academy between 11:45am and 12:45pm only.

      All students who do not pick up their program cards on Tuesday, September 4th  will not receive them until Official Class on the first day of school, Wednesday, September 5th 2018.  All students should report to the Auditorium on September 5th at 8:15am.

    Please note materials can only be picked up by a student or a parent/guardian.
