Yondr Pouches!!
If a student damages their pouch to a point where it does not lock or cannot secure the phone properly, they will have pay a $15 dollar fee to have it replaced.

If a student does not pay for the replacement, their phone will be collected each day.

There will be random pouch checks by the deans and staff to ensure the condition of the pouch is acceptable.

Parents will be informed by the dean’s office or a teacher if a student has a damaged pouch.

Please encourage your child to keep the pouch in good condition and to report any issues with the locking mechanism.

Important Update: NYC DOE Student Phone Policy

Dear Parents and Guardians,

We hope you are enjoying the final days of summer. As we prepare for a successful new school year, we want to inform you about the New York City Department of Education’s updated Student Phone Policy, which aligns with Chancellor’s Regulation A-413 and guidance from the New York State Education Department (NYSED) regarding the use of electronic devices in schools.

All grades: Historical New York (Tenement Museum & 9/11 Museum + World Trade Center) → Total Trip Cost: $30 (Lunch will be at student expense)

9th: Friday, September 19, 2025
10th: Friday, October 3, 2025
11th: Friday, October 17, 2025
12th: Friday, November 7, 2025
Tenement Museum Pricing (linked here): NYC DOE Public School groups of 16-30 are $240; Title I School groups of 16-30 are $120.
9/11 Museum: Covered by grant! Free of charge.

9th Grade: Philadelphia Day Trip (Friday, September 26, 2025)

10th Grade: Boston/Salem Overnight Trip (Wednesday & Thursday - October 22-23, 2025)

11th Grade: Gettysburg College and Haunted Tours Overnight Trip (Wednesday & Thursday - November 19-20, 2025)

12th Grade: DC/VA Overnight (Wednesday & Thursday - April 15-16, 2026)
